N.C. HOUSING PUBLIC COMAPANY LIMITED

(the “Company”) was established on February 2, 1994, by Mr. Namchai Tanthathoedtham, its major shareholder and a real estate industry veteran since 1966, with an initial registered capital of 20 million baht, to operate a real estate development business under the project name “Baan Fah” and under the concept of “Home Expert, Living Care”, presenting housing expertise and design to meet the needs of customers along with the concept of building a house according to the needs of residents (Adaptive Function Design) to support the change in the use of living space. The Company also concentrates on developing a system and community management division following the sale.

Currently, the Company’s registered capital is at 1,245,284,305 baht and has paid-up capital at 1,245,283,691 baht.

The Company emphasizes on the management policy and operates with honesty, integrity, morality, transparency, and is committed to the management under the principles of corporate governance by realizing the importance of running a business for sustainable growth to add value and the highest return to all stakeholders, in line with the Brand Vision NC Group: A Happy Living Community.

NATURE OF BUSINESS

The Company’s main business is REAL ESTATE DEVELOPMENT in the category of housing estates with land, consisting of single detached house, duplex, townhome, and condominium. Outstanding features in creative design, unique identity, good environment within the projects/villages, as well as community management are making it trusted with customers and able to reach a wide range of customers, especially in the Northern Bangkok, Western Bangkok, and major provinces such as Chonburi, Khon Kaen and Chiang Mai.
